Hailing from the East Coast, Dr. Peter Tripp grew up in Arlington Massachusetts, a historic town just outside of Boston. Driven by the writings of James Herriot, Dr.Tripp pursued a career in veterinary medicine.
He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science after developing an interest in dairy medicine from working on the university’s farms. He then attended the Cummings School of Veterinary medicine at Tufts University, where he met his girlfriend Chelsea.
Today, he and Chelsea enjoy their new home in Brookings, along with their two rabbits Scooter and Shucks, and geriatric mini-poodle Annie.
In his spare time, Dr. Tripp enjoys hiking, reading, and watching bad movies.
